FAQ
Q: Do you support all types of files?
A:Yes. Our programmm supports all types of files.
Q: If I delete file or folder is it possible to restore it?
A: No it is impossible. Be carefull!
Q:Does Bluexpand supports Nokia Smartphones?
A: Yes we support Nokia Smartphones.
Q: Do you support Windows Mobile devices?
A: Yes we support Windows Mobile devices.
Q: Can i acces on a remote device if I'm not authorised on this device?
A: No.
Q: How to authorize device?
A: By default application uses auto-pairing mode with PIN 0000. If device is already paired
you do not need to think about pairing. If device is not paired then BlueXpand trys to pair with using
PIN 0000. Some Fly phones does not support auto-pairing mode. In this case you do need o use manual-pairing
by entering PIN code and pressinf the "Pair" button on the "Connect" dialog.
Q: Where do I find the compatable devices list?
A: Actually all devices which have the File Trasfer Profile are compatable with software. But
the Tested devices list is available on this
page.
